Autumn is here and so begins the time of year when lungs & large intestine will need more attention. In the Autumn months, these organs are most active and are working harder, therefore, it is beneficial to take extra care of them and consume foods that support them.
During the autumn, the foods that are in season have natural preservative qualities so that they can be stored for months until the weather starts to warm up again in the Spring.
