Refreshing Springtime Juice

Start this Spring by rejuvenating your body!

INGREDIENTS

3 Granny Smith apples, sliced and seeds removed
½ inch ginger, peeled
generous handful (or two) of parsley
generous handful (or two) of spinach
generous handful (or two) of kale
1-2 lemons, cut into quarters leaving skin on

PREPARATION

Run all washed and trimmed veggies through juicer and enjoy.
