Frozen Chocolate Bananas
Time for another delicious, kid friendly vegan desert. Summertime is almost over so why not make the best out of it!
4 bananas (I like mine sliced, but that is a preference)
2 cups grain-sweetened, nondairy chocolate chips
2 Tbs safflower oil
1/4 cup rice or almond milk (you may need to add more if its too thick)
1 cup chopped almonds, pecans, or peanuts
Combine milk, chocolate chips, and safflower oil in a saucepan.
Stir over medium heat until the chocolate is melted.
Stir until smooth.
Meanwhile, peel and slice bananas.
Dip bananas until covered in chocolate and place on a sheet of wax or parchment paper.
Roll into chopped nuts.
Chill in freezer for a few hours and enjoy!
