Holiday Caffè Mocha
A delicious addition to your holiday breakfast or brunch, this fabulous mocha will surely please all! Accompanied by Coconut Banana Pancakes, makes everyday a festive occasion!
4 Tbs grain coffee
3 cups rice milk
1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 cup original amazake (fermented rice drink available at most health food stores)
1 pinch sea salt
4 tsp rice syrup
1 Tbs cocoa powder
maple sugar or syrup, to taste
In medium pot, over low flame, bring all ingredients except for grain coffee, to a gentle boil.
Dilute grain coffee in equal parts water to dissolve.
Add to pot, stirring gently.
Let simmer 1 minute and serve hot.
