Sautéd Spinach

A tasty veggie dish your entire family will love – made in 5 minutes! A bed of spinach is the perfect compliment to Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Seared Ahi,  packed with phytonutrients, this is sure to be on your list of favorites!

INGREDIENTS
(SERVES 2-4)

2 bags organic spinach, washed and stems removed
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp crushed red chili peppers

PREPARATION

In skillet, over medium-low flame, sauté garlic until slightly brown.
Add  a handful of spinach at a time, turning constantly.
Continue adding spinach and turning until just wilted.
Season with sea salt and crushed chili peppers.
