5 Reasons To Have More Fun!

One thing I realized this week is that I’ve been leaving a key ingredient out of my life… fun! I was brought to this awareness by working so much, piling more and more on that HAS to get done, not feeling very well, I was completely robbing myself of all joy. Even the work that I love to do the most, Goodness Gracious, started to become not very much fun. The people I enjoy to be around the most started to become not very much fun. (mirror alert)! When I laugh and have fun, the mental and emotional release that is needed is fulfilled. Otherwise, the mental and emotional release can be the very opposite reaction and show up as anger, fear, dread, frustration, etc. Getting caught up in the process of life , work & over-responsibility can suck the life right out of you. (and everyone else around you)…
So from now on, I am committing some time each week for myself to have fun! Doing things I love, out of the office, and with people I enjoy being around.
I started today by going to the beach, reading a great book, planting some flowers, making some home remedies for my healthy, vibrant body, taking a bubble bath, and working on Goodness Gracious! That was my joy of the day, now off to go watch a comedy! With this expanded mind and spirit, my life takes on a new energy. Oh how I’ve missed this part of me.
