A Wonderful Life

Another reminder this week: I believe that to truly create a wonderful life, it is important to practice living in a state of gratitude. I know that as life happens and situations occur, it is easy to slip into the same old rut of fear, doubt, worry, and drama. I admit slipping into this myself at times, so this week I really made an effort to say out loud everything in my life I am grateful for. When I wake up each morning, before I get out of bed, I thank God for this day, for my life, my health, my wealth, my family, friends, colleagues, my dog, my work, my food, every single thing. I’m even grateful for traffic because I am grateful that I have a car and grateful to be healthy enough to be sitting in traffic 🙂  Every time I pay for something, I express how grateful I am to have the money to pay for it. If I find a penny on the ground, I express gratitude for my abundant life!
If I haven’t told you lately how grateful I am for you, thank you, thank you, thank you! I am so grateful for you!
So as the saying goes, “you get more of what you are grateful for”, and I am grateful for this wonderful life!
